By no means is Upside a one-stop-shop for tokenizations. We are also not a tokenization consultancy. We do however play a role in connecting people to the resources and tools needed to launch a token, as well as connecting them with additional, allied professionals who are able to accommodate a wide variety of tokenization needs.

The Dojo management program is a templated path designed to help early stage companies properly prepare for launching a Web3 business, and eventually a token.

Now that you have purchased your Dojo Membership, next you will receive access to our proprietary Learning Management System where you will upload the documents and links required at each stage of the Dojo Program.

As is the case with Karate Dojos, in the Upside Dojo you get out what you put into it. Some projects may fly through the Dojo and others may fade away. Unlike a Karate Dojo, it is possible and, indeed, even likely that many projects will have completed some percentage of the items required to graduate from our first Dojo before even enrolling. Each Dojo is designed in such a way that it may be completed within 1-3 months. It is important to call out that this is only the case if a project utilizes our templates for their project and is diligent in working through the checklists required for each dojo.

The Dojo generates introductions to many different areas of the Web3 ecosystem.

We facilitate introductions to vetted partners, which include

• High-end advisory services
• Tax and accounting services
• Law firms
• Accounting professionals
• Insurance providers

We also make connections to incubators, venture capital firms, and other investors.

It is important to note, however, that many introductions require the completion of certain tasks before they can be made.

Once the Dojo is fully out of beta, it will cost up to $1000/month. Right now, as the Dojo is still being tuned to meet the needs of early stage companies, it has been discounted to $199/month.

The Dojo program lasts as long as you would like! You can move through at whatever pace is best for you and your company.

Upon your completion of the Dojo Program, Upside will provide you with a credential certifying that you have graduated and completed all the steps will graduate with a credential that certifies you have completed all the steps in the program. The completion of the Dojo Program also unlocks a discount on all of our tokenization projects, including our Security Token Package, our Utility Token package, and more. These discounts are in the thousands of dollars.

The Dojo currently supports a wide variety of Security Token projects and Utility Token projects, including the creation of governance for DAOs and other cybOrgs, the creation of Vesting Schedules, as well as the implementation of LP Staking. We also help NFT projects.
